Since all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all details before placing your order, including spelling, colors, and customization requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund in such cases.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 48hrs hours of purchase since production begins shortly after.
